Abstract
V današnjem času je pridobivanje sponzorskih sredstev vse prej kot lahka naloga. Sponzorji so čedalje bolj omejeni s sredstvi, s katerimi razpolagajo v te namene, velikokrat tudi nimajo časa in volje za prebiranje velike količine prošenj, ki prispejo na njihov naslov. Zaradi tega je pomembno, da so sponzorske prošnje oblikovane tako, da v množici prispelih prošenj pritegnejo pogled in da lahko bralci iz njih hitro pridobijo potrebne informacije. V diplomskem delu smo se tako odločili, da standardne prošnje preoblikujemo v informacijske grafike, ki bi lahko povečale možnosti sklepanja uspešnih sponzorstev. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali pojem informacijska grafika, navedli njeno strukturo in opisali različne tipe informacijskih grafik, ki jih poznamo. Poleg tega smo obrazložili tudi namen in prednosti informacijskih grafik v primerjavi z navadnim besedilom. Raziskali smo značilnosti dobre informacijske grafike in opisali smernice za izdelavo le-teh. Po obsežnem pregledu literature in spoznanih dejstvih smo se lotili oblikovanja. V eksperimentalnem delu smo predstavili postopek, s katerim smo prišli do končne rešitve, in priložili skice. Končni izdelek je pet vizualno dodelanih informacijskih grafik, ki se med seboj razlikujejo glede tematike dogodkov. Vse skupaj je trenutno v fazi idejne zasnove, s katero bomo v nadaljevanju letošnjega leta poskušali pridobivati sponzorska sredstva.

Title:Designing infographic for obtaining sponsorship
Abstract:
Nowadays gaining sponsorship funds is far from being an easy task. Sponsors are more and more limited by funds allocated for these purposes and often they neither have time nor are they willing to read the large amount of requests that arrive at their address. That is why it is important that sponsorship proposals are designed in a way to stand out among the numerous other proposals and that readers can easily acquire the information needed. For our diploma thesis we have thus decided to redesign standard sponsorship proposals into infographics in order to increase the possibility of successful sponsorships. In the theoretical part we describe the meaning of the word infographic, its structure and the different types of it. We also describe the purpose and benefits of infographics in comparison to ordinary texts. Additionally we explore the characteristics of good infographics and guidelines for making them. After an extensive review of literature and context we start with our design process. In the experimental part we present the process by which we come to the final solution and enclose sketches. The final product comprises five refined infographics that differ depending on which event they represent. For the time being they are still in the conceptual phase, but we plan to use them to get sponsorships as the year progresses.
