Primerjalna analiza ukrepov za povečanje energijske učinkovitosti sušilnega aparata z električnim grelnikom zraka

Diplomska naloga obravnava delovanje kondenzacijskega stroja za sušenje perila. Delovanje kondenzacijskega sušilnega aparata, ki temelji na električnem gretju procesnega zraka, je sicer enostavno, vendar energetsko neučinkovito. Namen diplomske naloge je, da se izvedejo ukrepi, ki bi pripomogli k energetski izboljšavi sušilnega stroja. Na sušilnem stroju smo izvedli in analizirali šest ukrepov za zmanjšanje rabe energije. Pridobljene podatke pri posameznih ukrepih smo primerjali z referenčno meritvijo. Pri analizi podatkov smo ugotovili, da posamezni ukrepi vplivajo na delovanje stroja za sušenje perila, kar pomeni, da so rezultati zadovoljili pričakovanja.

• Title: Comparative analysis of measures to increase the energy-efficiency of the dryer with an electric air heater

Abstract

The thesis discusses the operations of the condensing machine for drying laundry. The operations of the condensing dryer, which is based on electrical heating of the process air, are simple, but not energy-efficient. The purpose of the thesis is therefore to perform measures, which would contribute to energy-efficiency of the dryer. We carried out and analysed six measures to reduce the energy consumption of the dryer. We compared the data from individual measures with a referential measurement. After the data analysis, we found that individual measures influence the operations of the dryer, which means that the results have satisfied the expectations.
