Filtriranje izpustov pri plamenskemu in plazemskemu ter varjenju MIG/MAG

V diplomskem delu smo raziskali lastnosti izpustov, ki nastajajo pri plamenskem rezanju, plazemskem rezanju in varjenju po postopkih MIG in MAG, ter njihov vpliv na zdravje človeka. Določili smo najbolj razširjene principe filtriranja zraka in jih opisali. Ugotovili smo, da je najučinkovitejši princip filtriranja zraka s pomočjo patronskega filtra, ki ga je možno in tudi smotrno uporabiti za filtriranje zračnih izpustov pri vseh omenjenih delovnih postopkih. V okviru diplomske naloge smo tudi izračunali potrebne pretoke zraka, padec tlaka, moč ventilatorja ter zasnovali enostavno mobilno filtrirno napravo z enostavnim vodnim predfiltrom in patronskim glavnim filtrom.

Abstract

In this diploma work we studied the properties of gas and fume discharges at flame cutting, plasma cutting and MIG/MAG welding, and their influence on human health. We have defined the most widely used principles of air filtration and described them. We concluded that the best air filtration device is air filtration machine with cartridge filter. It offers the best air filtration in all of mentioned working procedures. Within this diploma work, we calculated the necessary airflow, pressure drop, necesssary power of fan and designed the basic construction of mobile air filtration device with simple water prefilter and cartridge main filter.
