Abstract
V podjetju, kjer izdelujejo električno in elektronsko opremo za motorna vozila, smo zaznali problem odpovedi stroja zaradi prekomerne obrabe drsnih vodil visoko produktivnega obdelovalnega centra. Stroj ima štiri obdelovalne osi ter dve revolverski glavi z možnostjo vpenjanja skupno 16 orodij. Maksimalni možni premer obdelovanca je 340 mm, njegova maksimalna možna dolžina pa 350 mm. Premikanje obdelovalnih miz na spodnji in zgornji revolverski glavi (spodnje obdelovalne mize v vzdolžni smeri in zgornje obdelovalne mize v prečni smeri) omogočajo drsna vodila. Na obdelovalni mizi spodnje revolverske glave se nabirajo ostružki, kar ovira vodila. Potrebno je izdelati rekonstrukcijo stroja oz. vodil, ki bodo lahko podaljšala življenjsko dobo stroja, izboljšala natančnost struženja in pri tem ohranila geometrijo stroja, ki mora ostati enaka prejšnji. Pri rekonstrukciji vodil je treba izračunati maksimalne obremenitve na vodila, ki se pojavljajo med obdelovalnimi procesi struženja in vrtanja, ter skonstruirati zaščite, ki bodo ostružkom preprečevale vstop med drsne površine.

Title:
Change the implementation of the sliding guides to linear ball guides CNC processing center
Abstract:
In the company producing electric and electronic equipment for motor vehicles, we deal with the problem of failure due to the excessive wear of sliding guides of a high productive processing centre CNC. The machine has 4 axes, 2 turrets with the option of mounting a total of 16 different tools, and to process the maximum diameter of the working piece ∅ 340 mm and the length of 350 mm. The movement of the lower-lateral and upper-transverse support table of the lower and upper turret is enabled by the sliding guides. On the lower-lateral support table of the lower turret there is an accumulation of chippings, which are blocking the guides. It is necessary to reconstruct the machine or the guides, which will prolong the lifeline of the machinery and improve the turning precision while maintaining the geometry of the machine, which must remain identical to the previous one. For the reconstruction of the guides it is necessary to calculate the maximum load on the guides, that occurs during the cutting processes – turning and drilling, and construct the protection, which will prevent the chips from entering between the guides surfaces.
