In my Master thesis I write about the implementation of the child's voice in the process of support and help. A child is perceived differently in society today than it used to be. Nowadays we understand childhood as a special life period in human development and we perceive the child as a competent person. In social work we see the child as an active co-creator in process support and help as they can, because of their experiences contribute their important part to solution. Social workers need to create an opportunity for the child to be heard and used in the process of support and help. I researched the experiences of social workers with implementing the child's voice at social work centers. I conducted a partially standardized interview with them.
