Natural trails are common in Slovenia, but the literature for planning is not very common. The aim of this thesis is to use foreign literature for management planning of protected areas for the theoretical foundations of planning learning paths. At the same time also includes the theoretical foundations and interpretations of the nature of cooperation with stakeholders. Stakeholder involvement can be a difficult task, since it is difficult to consider all stakeholders with the same intensity all the time. All this may serve as a guide for planning science learning paths, which is tested in practice in planning of Poucna okoljska pot Blata - Mlaka.
