The challenge of today world is aging of the population and maintaining independence as much as possible for the elderly. Through the theory of life periods and nursing institutions, I came to the conclusion, that the most suitable institution in the considered area (village Tacen) is a nursing home of the 4th generation. At the same time I found the problem of village space decentralization. The main market was lost due to rapid house building in the last half century.
With the architectural design, a new village main square was created, around which are placed units of homes for the elderly, a library, a parking lots and other accompanying programs. The architectural placement of the buildings directs people to the market and creates an intergenerational junction.
