Idejna zasnova hiš 4. generacije v središču vasi Tacen, Ljubljana

Izziv današnjega časa je staranje prebivalstva in ohranjanje čim večje samostojnosti starostnikov. Skozi teorijo življenjskih obdobij in institucij sem prišel do zaključka, da je na obravnavanem območju vasi Tacen najprimernejša ustanova, dom za ostarele 4. generacije. Hkrati se je pojavil problem osredinjenja Vasi Tacen, kjer se je s pozidavo v zadnjega pol stoletja izgubilo središče kraja. Z arhitekturno zasnovo se je ustvarilo nov vaški trg okoli katerega so nanizane enote domov za starostnike, knjižnica, parkirišče in ostali spremljajoči programi. Arhitekturna umestitev objektov usmerja ljudi na trg in ustvarja medgeneracijsko stičišče.

• Title: Conceptual design of 4.generation homes for elderly in a village Tacen, Ljubljana

Abstract

The challenge of today world is aging of the population and maintaining independence as much as possible for the elderly. Through the theory of life periods and nursing institutions, I came to the conclusion, that the most suitable institution in the considered area (village Tacen) is a nursing home of the 4th generation. At the same time I found the problem of village space decentralization. The main market was lost due to rapid house building in the last half century. With the architectural design, a new village main square was created, around which are placed units of homes for the elderly, a library, a parking lots and other accompanying programs. The architectural placement of the buildings directs people to the market and creates an intergenerational junction.
