Kontrolna naprava za testiranje motorskih zaščitnih stikal

V diplomskem delu sem opisal izvedbo in testiranje testne naprave za umerjanje motorskih zaščitnih stikal. Do izdelave testne naprave je prišlo zaradi premajhne zmožnosti dosedanjega stroja. Pred zaključkom izdelave stikala je potrebno vsako stikalo, ki je izdelano na končno umerjanje, preveriti pravilno delovanje, oz. pregledati, ali je s samim stikalom kaj narobe. Pri samem testu je pomembno, da je tok čim bolj konstanten in nima prevelikih nihanj pri vklopu in spremembi toka. V prvem delu naloge sem opisal posamezne uporabljene komponente in programe, s katerimi sem programiral in pregledoval različne komponente. Opisane so tudi nekatere prednosti posameznih komponent. V drugem delu sem opisal postopek izdelave posameznih delov in končno testiranje same naprave. Pri samem testiranju sem uporabljal različne metode merjenja in preverjanja pravilnega delovanja naprave.

Izvleček

In my thesis, I described the implementation and testing of test devices for calibrating motor protection switches. The production of the test device was initiated due to insufficient capacity of the existing machine. After all, every switch that is manufactured, must be checked for proper operation and inspected if there are any flaws in the switch, before the end of the switch manufacturing process. In the test itself, it is important that the current during the test is as constant as possible and does not have excessive fluctuations when switching on and changing the current. In the first part of the thesis, I described all the components used in the program, with which I programmed and checked the various components. Some advantages of individual components are also described. In the second part, I described the manufacturing process of individual parts and the final testing of the same devices. During the actual testing, I used various methods of measuring and checking the correct operation of the device itself.
