In my thesis, I described the implementation and testing of test devices for calibrating motor protection switches. The production of the test device was initiated due to insufficient capacity of the existing machine. After all, every switch that is manufactured, must be checked for proper operation and inspected if there are any flaws in the switch, before the end of the switch manufacturing process. In the test itself, it is important that the current during the test is as constant as possible and does not have excessive fluctuations when switching on and changing the current.
In the first part of the thesis, I described all the components used in the program, with which I programmed and checked the various components. Some advantages of individual components are also described.
In the second part, I described the manufacturing process of individual parts and the final testing of the same devices. During the actual testing, I used various methods of measuring and checking the correct operation of the device itself.
