The field of construction has been experiencing rapid development in recent years, which is not followed by construction legislation. As a result, in practice, autonomous types of contracts have been formed, which regulate new forms of construction in a unique way. This master's thesis shows how a new type of contract could be legalized on the basis of existing law and practice - Construction engineering contract.
I agree with the hypothesis set at the beginning of this master's thesis that it is possible to legalize a new type of contract, by presenting the existing contracts governing the relations between the participants in construction, practice abroad, which already knows such contracts and finally presenting provisions that construction engineering contract should contain. With this contract, all services necessary to achieve the final goal of the investor, which is the construction of a building, are combined under one roof.
