Covid-19 pandemic has challenged the practice of working from home and changing the way organizations work. When planning work it is imporant to be aware that working from home has both positive and negative effects. The key is the manager, who plays an imporant role in maintaining a positive attitude of employees. The empirical part focuses on the Covid-19 pandemic and how it affected way of work.
