Each individual is a unique set of external and internal characteristics. There is no ideal type of agent who would suit with their competencies to all types of tasks. It is important for an intelligence organization to have a wide network of a wide variety of agents. The operation of an intelligence activity is successful when the tasks are successfully completed. Technical progress and the development in history have helped to improve the competencies in intelligence organization. Despite the development of technology, however, human is still the main character in mystery world of intelligence. A generalized and often negative connotation of a particular gender, especially female, often has the effect of misjudging its characteristics. Despite women have played important roles in the word od intelligence through history, this activity is still treated as primarily male. All this is reflected in conservative and stereotypical belief. We can see it in the film industry, that the largest part of spies are men. And in those movies where the main role plays women are either presented in a humorous, stereotypically feminine way, or in an overly muscular way.
