Ugotovitve so v celoti pokazale, kakšni so občutki zaposlenih glede njihove organizacije.

Naslov:INTEGRATING EMPLOYESS IN THE PROCESS OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION
Izvleček:
In every organization, the employees are the ones whose work reflects and contributes to the organization. It is therefore important that employees feel accepted, safe and involved in everything that is happening in their work place. The purpose of my research was to determine how the employees of the Humanic store and employees at the Administrative Unit of Ljubljana are involved in making big or small decisions regarding their organization. In addition, a research was made to know how they feel or what their feelings about inclusion are. The results were obtained with a questionnaire, which was the same for both samples. Averages for individual questions were calculated and compared between the sectors. In certain claims, the employees were very similar in their answers, and in others they were very different. All employees considered that they were only partially involved in the process of giving ideas and suggestions for improvements. From this we can conclude that employees have a say in the matter only when the superiors decide that they need their input. This also reflects the difference between the sectors, in terms of how many employees have the opportunity to express their opinion. In the Humanic store, employees are generally considered to be able to express their opinion. While employees at the Administrative Unit state that they can only sometimes express their opinions. The findings fully demonstrated the feelings of the employees regarding the organization they are working for. Their feelings could only be used in such a way that superiors in their organizations would provide for better employee well-being. They should be more open to their employees, as only then they will feel more accepted and will be more inclined to openly state their opinion. This would contribute to better cooperation between everyone in the organization and, consequently, to the better functioning of the organization itself.
