Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem analiziral, kako s posameznimi ukrepi zadostiti pogojem, ki jih zahteva Akcijski načrt za skoraj ničenergijsko stavbo. Na izbrani tipski stavbi sem najprej predstavil ukrepe, s katerimi zadostimo vsem zahtevam PURES-a 2010. V nadaljevanju pa je predstavljenih pet dodatnih ukrepov, ki vplivajo na dodatno zmanjšanje porabe energije v stavbi. Cilj je izpolniti zahteve,ki jih predvideva AN sNES. Za analizo vseh izvedenih ukrepov uporabljam programa TEDI in TOST, ki omogočata prikaz energetske bilance stavbe. V nadaljevanju predstavim tudi način uporabe obnovljivih virov energije v stavbi. Po vključitvi vseh ukrepov v izračun energetske bilance stavbe dosežem, da stavba ustreza zahtevam, ki bodo najverjetneje v sedanji obliki do leta 2020 zakonsko določene.

Title:Energy Analysis of a single family pattern-book house made of aerated concrete
Abstract:
In the thesis I analyzed, how to satisfy the conditions required by the Action Plan for the nearly-zero energy house (AN sNES) with individual measures. In the first place I introduced measures to satisfy all the requirements of PURES 2010 on the selected pattern-book house. Then I presented five additional actions that affect the further reduction of energy consumption in the house. The aim was to meet the requirements provided for by AN sNES. For analysing all the measures carried out, I used the program TEDI and TOST, which allow displaying of the energy balance of the house. Then I presented a way to use renewable energy in the house. After inclusion of all measures in the calculation of the energy balance of the house, I reached the energy saving building requirements that will be statutory defined in 2020.
