Analiza implementacije standardov ISO 9001 in ISO 14001 v slovenski gradbeni industriji : magistrsko delo

Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo analizirali, kako poteka implementacija sistemov za vodenje kakovosti (SVK), ki so skladni s standardom SIST ISO 9001:2008, in sistemov za ravnanje z okoljem (SRO), ki so skladni s standardom SIST ISO 14001:2004, v gradbena izvajalska in investitorska podjetja. Pri tem se osredotočamo na slovensko gradbeno tržišče, ki ga lahko v mnogih vidikih štejemo za značilnega predstavnika gradbene industrije članic, ki so se pridružili Evropski Uniji po letu 2004. Za analizo uvajanja SRO v gradbena podjetja smo uporabili metodo intervjuja z izbranim gradbenim podjetjem. S pomočjo spletne ankete smo nadalje ugotavljali stopnjo implementacije SVK in SRO v izvajalskih podjetjih in pri investitorjih. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da imajo investitorji, izvajalci in projektanti podobne poglede na okoljsko problematiko. Zavedajo se problema, zato želijo pri svojem delu vključiti politiko ravnanja z okoljem. Izvajalci se najbolj posvečajo ravnanju z odpadki, ker v tem vidijo največjo priložnost za racionalizacijo stroškov. V spletni anketi je bilo ugotovljeno, da SVK povečuje konkurenčnost podjetij, v intervjuju z izbranim izvajalskim podjetjem pa smo ugotovili, da je že uveden SVK skladen s standardom ISO 9001:2008 dobra osnova za uvedbo SRO, ki je skladen s standardom ISO 14001:2004.

Title:Analysis of implementation of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards in Slovenian construction industry
Abstract:
The presented research focuses to the implementation of quality and environmental management standards, that comply to the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, into construction contracting companies and client organisations. It is limited to Slovenia that can be considered as a typical representative of construction industry in countries that joined European Union after 2004. In order to carry out the analysis of EMS implementation for a casy study - selected construction company, the method of interview was used as the research tool. Further, web-based survey was used to determine the level of ISO 14001-compliant EMSs and level of ISO 9001-compliant QMSs in construction contracting companies and client organisations. It was found that the investors, contractors and designers have similar views on environmental issues. They are aware of the problem, so they want their work to include environmental management policy. Contracting companies are mostly concerned with waste management, where they see the greatest opportunity for cost rationalization. In the online survey, it was found that the having standard ISO 9001:2008 increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, in an interview with the selected construction company it was found that it had already implemented of quality, that complay to the standards ISO 9001:2008 a good basis for the introduction environmental management standards, that complay to the standards ISO 14001:2004.
