Analiza uporabnosti podatkov registra nepremičnin za analizo stanovanjskega fonda na primeru občine Kočevje : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi je analizirana uporabnost posameznih podatkov registra nepremičnin za analizo stanovanjskega fonda na primeru občine Kočevje. Stanovanjske stavbe so analizirane glede na leto izgradnje, vrsto materiala konstrukcij, tip ogrevanja, število nadstropij in glede na obnovo streh in fasad. Nekateri rezultati analiz so tudi grafično prikazani na kartografskih podlagah. Z analizami smo ugotovili, da so podatki iz registra nepremičnin uporabni za analize stanovanjskega fonda občine Kočevje, z izjemo podatka glede daljinskega ogrevanja ter podatkov o obnovi streh in fasad stanovanjskih stavb. Na podlagi analiz se tako lahko snuje prostorski plan občine, zasnova poselitve, vloga in funkcija naselij, lahko pa se tudi načrtuje komunalna infrastruktura znotraj naselij.

• Title: Real estate register data and its usability for the analysis of the existing housing fund-case study: municipality of Kočevje

Abstract

The thesis deals with the usability of the Real Estate Register for the analysis of the housing fund. The study of usability was conducted in the case of municipality of Kočevje. The first part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the attribute data of the Real Estate Register. The existing housing fund was analysed according to the type of residential buildings as well as the year of it is construction and the type of material. The renovations of the housing fund are presented as well. The second part of the thesis was focused on the cartographic presentation of several characteristics of the housing fund. It is noted that the Real Estate Register data is generally useful for analysis of the housing fund in the municipality of Kočevje, with the exception of the data regarding district heating, and the data regarding roof and façade renovations.
