Abstract
V starostni skupini 9-11 let se lahko pri otrocih srečamo z zelo velikim razponom glede telesnih značilnosti, gibalnih sposobnosti in razlik v znanju, povezanim z nogometno igro. V večini nogometnih klubov otroci v teh letih komaj začnejo s trenažnim procesom ter še nimajo osvojenih temeljnih nogometnih prvin, drugi pa so v procesu že več let in imajo avtomatiziranih že veliko učnih elementov. Načrtovanje in izvedba trenažnega procesa sta dve ločeni področji, ki jima more vsak kakovosten trener posvečati enako mero pozornosti. Pri načrtovanju moramo predvsem vedeti, kakšne cilje želimo doseči, temu primerno pa moramo izbrati določene vsebine vaj in količino. Sestavljen program je treba prenesti in »pravilno« izvesti na terenu. Pojem pravilna izvedba se nanaša predvsem na pridobljeno znanje trenerja, na natančnost izvedbe, na seznanitev vadečih s pomembnimi podrobnostmi in napakami ter z neprestanim usmerjanjem k učinkovitejšim izvedbam določenih elementov oz. vaj.

Title:Planning and implemantation of football process for children between 9 and 11 years
Abstract:
Children, who are between 9-11 years old are very different if we judge them based on their body characteristics, movement and football abilities. In most of football clubs, children hardly started with training process, so they did not yet conquer basic football skills. On the other side, there are a lot of kids, who already train for years and have many football elements automated. The plannig and implentation of training process are two seperate areas, which have to be treated in equal share by all quality coaches. When we are dealing with planning, we have to know what goals we want to achive and based on that we need to chose appropriate content and amount of excercises. Compound program has to be transpormed and »correcty« implement on the field. The meaning of correct implement relates on obtained knowledge of the coach, accuracy, introducing the players with all details an misatkes. On the other hand they have to guide them to efficient implentation of elements and excercises.
