Economic slowdown between 2008 and 2015 pointed out to many weaknesses in existing
economical, financial and bureaucratic systems in Slovenia that require changes in their
fundamental operations to improve economical activities and growth rate.
Entrepreneurship is the core activity of the modern society and thus requires structural
changes in addition to favorable political environment for higher growth of business
activities. Role of the state and the reduction of the its influence is the primary objective
for creating economical environment needed for the development of entrepreneurship.
Administrative burdens are seen as the source of inefficiency for the companies as they
are raising financial burden for the companies as well as lengthening required time.
Desire to lower bureaucratical burdens is an increasingly common phenomenon. However,
it is necessary to approach the problem progressively and prudently. Furthermore, it is
vital to emphasize that the reduction of a single adminstrative burden alone will not lead
to a desired outcome, but it is necessary to provide high quality bureaucratic services to
business and entrepreneurial activities.
The thesis is adressing the problem of the reduction of the administrative burdens for the
development of the entrepreneurial environment. The main objective of the thesis is to
provide suggestions for improving the quality of provided services through “All-in-One”
service model.
