We have described historical development of additive technology. We have presented the basic processes of object construction and additive technologies FDM, SLA, Poly Jet and 3DP. We have mentioned characteristics of 3D printed products and the main advantages of 3D printing technologies. We have overviewed the market of 3D printed joints and modular furniture. We have developed the table, which is constructed from innovative 3D printed joints and wooden construction. The purpose of the product is simple composition without glue and screws and has the dimensional flexibility. Because of all the mentioned characteristics, the product is also classified as modular furniture. We have made testing of a table, according to the standards SIST EN 1730:2012 Furniture - Tables - Test methods for the determination of stability, strength and durability and SIST EN 12521:2016 Furniture - Strength, durability and safety - Requirements for domestic tables. We have found that product does not reach all the requirements of the standard, and it would be necessarily to glue or screw the joint for the greater rigidity.
