Abstract
Krizne situacije so zelo pogoste v urgentnih ambulantah. Če imajo medicinske sestre podporo, so bolj samozavestne in uspešne.

Supervision is important for control and prevention of stress. It is a preventive method for managing stress and preventing burnout. Regular supervision is important for the health of employees and their motivation. The mission of the leader is that he takes care of supervision. It was found that supervision is often not carried out because managers do not have sufficient knowledge about the importance of supervision.: When dealing with crisis situations, it is important, that nurses have support from superiors and co-workers. For efficiently dealing with crisis situations the most important thing is cooperation and confidence between co-workers, because without it, they cannot achieve effective teamwork, however, it is also important that nurses have support from the head leader.
