PRIPRAVA POSLOVNEGA NAČRTA ZA USTANOVITEV IZBRANEGA PODJETJA

V zadnjih obdobjih slovenskega gospodarstva je bilo podjetništvo slabo podprto in ni dosegalo konkurenčne ravni zgolj zaradi slabe dinamike ustvarjanja podjetništva v družbi. Vzroka za nedoseganje rasti pri obstoječih podjetij sta slaba priprava poslovnega načrta in slaba analiza panog, kar vodi v prenehanje poslovanja in posledično v brezposelnost v državi. Neizvajanje podjetništva odpira nova vprašanja, ki nakazujejo na nizko stopnjo spodbujanja k ustvarjanju podjetništva in pomankanje znanja ter strah pred podjetniškim okoljem. Namen diplomskega dela je opredeliti pojem podjetništva, povzeti profil sodobnega podjetnika in pripraviti predlog poslovnega načrta. Cilj dela je analizirati izbrano panogo in ugotoviti smiselnost pridruževanja k dejavnosti. Za dosego zastavljenih ciljev uporabim deskriptivno metodo pri strokovni literaturi, statistično metodo pri analizi panoge in terensko raziskavo za pripravo predloga poslovnega načrta. V diplomskem delu želim izpostaviti pomembnost priprave poslovnega načrta in izpostaviti prednost ustvarjanja podjetništva z družbenih kot državnih vidikov. Z raziskovanjem v delu prihajam do ugotovitev novih lastnosti in značilnosti podjetnika kot posameznika pri delovanju v dosedanjih in prihodnjih podjetniških okoljih. Prav tako ugotavljam, da digitalno področje občutno vpliva na poslovanje posameznih podjetij in odpira nove možnosti pri iskanju poslovnih priložnosti. Z analizo dejavnosti označujem obravnavano panogo z visoko stopnjo privlačnosti za pridruževanje in kot relativno novo dejavnost v modernem podjetništvu z najvišjo stopnjo razvoja. Razloga za izbiro te tematike sta osebno zanimanje za podjetništvo in ustanovitev podjetja v izbrani dejavnosti. Za nadaljnja raziskovalna dela predlagam analiziranje ostalih aktualno rastočih panog v slovenskem gospodarstvu in proučevanje novih načinov izvajanja podjetništva.

Izvleček

In the last periods of the slovenian economy has been enterprise poorly supported and did not meet the competitive level, simply because of the bad dynamics of the creation itself of entrepreneurship in society. The cause for the failure to achieve growth in existing businesses is the poor preparation of the business plan and a poor analysis of the industries, which leads to a termination of business and consequently in the unemployment in the country. Non-implementation of the entrepreneurship opens up a new questions, which suggest the low level of supporting of entrepreneurial creation and the lack of knowledge and fear from entrepreneurial environment. The purpose of the thesis is to define the concept of entrepreneurship, the summarized profile of the modern entrepreneur and prepare a proposal of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the chosen industry and determine the viability for the association with the industry. In order to achieve the set goals I will use the descriptive method for professional literature of work and statistical method in the analysis of the industry and the field research for the preparation of the business plan. With the thesis, I want to emphasize the importance of preparing a business plan and emphasize the advantage of creating an entrepreneurship from the social and state aspects. With the research part I am coming to findings about new properties and characteristics of the entrepreneur as an individual in the operation in present and future business environments. I also researched that the digital scope have significantly impact on the operations of the individual companies and opens up new possibilities in the search for business opportunities. With the analysis of the activities I mark the considered industry with a high level of attraction for cooperation and as a relatively new activity in the modern entrepreneurship with highest level of development. The reason for choosing the topic in the thesis is due to personal interest for entrepreneurship and creation of enterprises in selected industry. For further research I suggest analyzing the rest of the current growing industries in the Slovenian economy and analyzing the new modes of entrepreneurship.
