Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava snovanje tlačne posode za adsorpcijski sušilnik zraka. V uvodu so na splošno predstavljeni tlačna oprema, materiali za tlačno opremo ter evropska direktiva za opremo pod tlakom. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno delovanje adsorpcijskega sušilnika, kateremu obravnavana tlačna posoda pripada, in splošne osnove konstruiranja tlačnih posod. Prikazan je preračun tlačne posode po harmoniziranem standardu SIST EN 13445-3:2014. Za adsorpcijske sušilnike zraka je značilna pogosta periodična praznitev in ponovna polnitev posode, zaradi česar je izveden tudi njen preračun na utrujanje. Ciklično nihanje tlaka v posodi namreč povzroči nihanja napetosti v materialu, kar lahko pripelje do utrujenostnih razpok. Za dosego cilja, da bo posoda zdržala 500 000 ciklov, kar je predvidena življenjska doba sušilnika, je bilo posodo potrebno ustrezno okrepiti.

Title:Adsorption dryer pressure vessel
Abstract:
The diploma work deals with design of pressure vessel for an adsorption air dryer. The introduction generally presents pressure equipment, materials for pressure equipment and the European pressure equipment directive. The following describes the operation of the adsorption dryer, to which the pressure vessel belongs, and the general basis for the construction of pressure vessels. The calculation of pressure vessel according to harmonized standard SIST EN 13445-3:2014 is made. Since the vessel is intended for an adsorption air dryer, which is characterized by the frequent discharge and replenishing of vessel, a fatigue calculation is also performed. Frequent discharging results in fluctuating stresses in the material, which can lead to fatigue cracks. In order to achieve the goal that the vessel will withstand 500 000 cycles, which is predicted lifetime of the dryer, vessel has to be properly reinforced.
