Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je sprva na kratko predstavljeno obdobje postmodernizma, in sicer sta primerjana vzhodni in zahodni postmodernizem. V sklopu vzhodnega postmodernizma je predstavljen tretji val ruskega postmodernizma, čigar predstavnik je bil tudi Viktor Pelevin. Zatem so s teoretičnega vidika prikazani budistično učenje, pojem praznine, mitologija in pojem preobrazbe ter njihov vpliv na literarno ustvarjanje Viktorja Pelevina. Temu sledi povest Problem volkodlaka v Srednji Rusiji, na podlagi katere se poskuša prikazati začetek učne poti konkretnega volkodlaka, v nadaljevanju pa njegov razvoj v romanu Sveta knjiga volkodlaka.

Abstract:
The thesis begins with a short introduction to postmodernism, including the comparison of Western and Eastern postmodernism. Within the chapter of the Eastern postmodernism is represented the third wave of Russian postmodernism, whose representative was also Viktor Pelevin. The thesis proceeds with theoretical presentation of Buddhism and the concept of emptiness, and of the mythology and the concept of transformation, which influence is later showed within the literary work of Viktor Pelevin. Then it dedicates to the story A Werewolf Problem in Central Russia to show the beginning of the learning path of the werewolf and its continuation and development in the novel The Sacred Book of the Werewolf.
