Obravnava pacienta s spolno disfunkcijo po temeljnih življenjskih aktivnostih : pregled literature

Uvod: Spolne disfunkcije so motnje, ki se pojavijo v kateremkoli delu spolnega odziva. Pacienti s spolno disfunkcijo največkrat ne želijo priznati svoje motnje, zato je naloga zdravstvene nege, da pri pacientu prepozna motnjo. Pomembno je, da pacienta opazujemo, ugotovimo njegove težave in jih z aktivnostmi zdravstvene nege v okviru svojih kompetenc odpravimo.Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je opredeliti spolne disfunkcije in predstaviti zdravstveno nego pacienta s spolno disfunkcijo pri izbranih življenjskih aktivnostih. Metode dela: Uporabljena je bila deskriptivna metoda dela s pregledom tuje in domače literature iz let 2007 do 2017. Vključeni so bili članki, ki so bili v celoti prosto dostopni, recenzirani in objavljeni od leta 2007 naprej. Iskanje je potekalo s pomočjo bibliografske baze COBIB.SI. Uporabljeni sta bili tudi podatkovni bazi CINAHL with full text in MEDLine s pomočjo iskalnikov PubMed in EBSCOhost. Razprava in sklep: Prepoznavanje spolnih disfunkcij pri pacientu je odvisno od usposobljenosti zdravstvenih delavcev. Pacient bo sproščeno govoril o spolnosti takrat, ko se bo počutil varnega. Medicinska sestra s svojimi komunikacijskimi sposobnostmi in s pomočjo veščin terapevtskega pogovora s pacientom lahko ustvari odnos, med katerim doseže prav to. Nalogi zdravstvene nege pa sta tudi ozaveščanje javnosti in zdravstveno-vzgojno delovanje.

• Title: Treatment of patient with sexual dysfunction by basic human needs : literature review

Abstract

Introduction: Sexual dysfunction comprises a group of disorders that can occur in any phase of sexual response. As patients with sexual dysfunction are most likely hesitant to admit their disorder, it is the nurse’s role to recognise it. The patient should be observed, and their problems identified and resolved within the framework of nursing competences by providing nursing care. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma thesis is to define sexual dysfunction and present the nursing care provided to a patient with sexual dysfunction in selected daily activities. Methods: The descriptive method was applied by reviewing literature published internationally and nationally between 2007 and 2017, which included reviewed, fully and freely accessible articles. COBIB.SI bibliographic database was used to search for articles. CINAHL with full text and MEDLine databases were also searched using the PubMed and EBSCOhost interfaces. Discussion and conclusion: Identification of sexual dysfunction mainly depends on health workers. Patients discuss their sexuality when they feel safe. Using general and therapeutic communication skills, nurses can establish such a relationship. The nurse’s role also extends to the wider public by raising awareness and providing health education.
