Abstract
V magistrski nalogi so predstavljeni pojavi, ki so posledica hitrih sprememb svetlobnega toka. To so fliker, stroboskopski efekt in efekt niza.

Title:Development of a light source for testing the influence of flicker on human beings
Abstract:
This master’s thesis presents temporal light artefacts, which may occur due to rapid changes in the luminous flux. The temporal light artefacts are flicker, stroboscopic effect and phantom array effect. In order to facilitate the observation and study of these phenomena in LED lamps, an expo box with accessories was made. During the production of the exhibit, a range of rapid changes in luminous flux of various light sources was also measured. In the first part of the thesis, definitions of the discussed phenomena are given, and the existing metrics that are currently used to evaluate them are additionally described. Furthermore, the measurements of fluctuations in the luminous flux of lamps from different laboratories are presented, and the possible influence of it on the human being. Some environments are listed to help recognize where light sources, which fluctuate above a certain amount of luminous flux, should or should not be used. The second part of the thesis presents the design and production of the exhibit and accessories. Introducing the measuring instruments designed by us to measure rapid changes in luminous flux. It also describes the design and construction of a circuit for generating signals and the production of a rotating disk, with which we can observe the phenomenon of a stroboscopic effect. Finally, the measurements of fluctuations in the luminous flux of different luminaires, which were carried out in the laboratory, are shown.
