Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek preračunov ter izbire glavnih konstrukcijskih elementov in hidravličnih sestavin za osebno hidravlično dvigalo. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena podrobnejša razdelitev dvigal glede na njihove konstrukcijske značilnosti. Podrobneje so opisana hidravlična dvigala in njihove prednosti ter slabosti. Predstavljena je vloga standardov in predpisov pri projektiranju dvigal, poleg tega pa so opisani tudi najpomembnejši pojmi in definicije iz standarda. V nadaljevanju sledi izvleček iz standarda EN81-20/50, ki se navezuje na hidravlične sestavine. V nalogi je opisano delovanje hidravličnega dvigala in prikazana ena od možnosti hidravličnega krmilja. V poglavju stanje tehnike je opisano stanje hidravličnih dvigal in smernice, ki določajo njihov nadaljnji razvoj. Glede na vhodne podatke je bila opravljena zasnova dvigala. Izdelan je bil trdnostni preračun z metodo končnih elementov za ogrodje kabine, ter preračun za vodila pod različnimi obratovalnimi pogoji. Določene in preračunane so bile glavne hidravlične sestavine ter opisano izbrano hidravlično krmilje. Zaključek diplomske naloge vsebuje rezultate preračunov, predstavljena je specifikacija projektiranega dvigala in izdelana ocena investicije.

Title:Design of personal hydraulic lift capacity of 630 kg
Abstract:
In this work, we present the process of calculating and dimensioning of main structural elements and hydraulic components for a personal hydraulic lift. In the first part, we compare and describe different types of lifts in terms of their design characteristics. Also, the role of standards and regulations in the design of lifts is presented. The most important concepts and definitions from the standard are described. This work includes the exact description of the main hydraulic elements in standard EN 81-20 and EN 81-50. We describe one of many available options for hydraulic control and operating. We compare current state of lift technology and guidelines that determine their further development. According to the input data we designed a lift. For the cabin, framework calculations were made using the finite element method. We have also made calculations for guide rails under different operating conditions, calculated main hydraulic elements and chose appropriate hydraulic system. Final part of this work contains the results of calculations, the specification of the designed lift and an estimated cost of investment.
