This research presents the approach to modeling of multibody systems assambled of rigid and exible bodies and interconnected with adequate kinematic constraints. With a goal to evaluate the dynamic response a kinematic constraint, pin-slot clearance joint, is developed. The developed pin-slot clearance joint is numerically and experimentaly researched and then used when modeling a multibody system assmabled of rigid and
exible bodies. The dynamical system in focus is based on the real engineering application and used to study the effect of pre-stress on dynamical response.
