Abstract
Diplomsko delo analizira stroškovni in časovni potek gradnje poslovno-skladiščnega objekta. Izvedli smo primerjavo na podlagi pogodbenih in dejanskih cen materiala in dela. Na koncu je narejena primerjava med cenami in opisani razlogi, kjer le-ti odstopajo. Pri časovni analizi izgradnje objekta, od začetka gradnje do gradbenega zaprtja objekta (vsa gradbena dela in obrtna, streha in fasada), smo primerjali terminski plan z dejansko izvedbo del po zapisih v gradbenem dnevniku. Na koncu časovne analize so navedena odstopanja, rešitve izvajalca in mogoče rešitve za doseganje pogodbenih planov.

Title:Analysis of the progress of construction of an extension of the business-warehouse facility Uprom
Abstract:
The diploma thesis analyzes the cost and time course of the construction of a business-warehouse facility. In diploma thesis a comparison was made, based on contractual and actual prices of materials and labor. At the end of the diploma thesis comparison is made between the prices and described reasons for price deviation, where they differ. In the time analysis of the construction of the building, from the beginning of the construction to the completion of the building (all construction works and craft, roof and facade), we compared the construction timetable with the actual execution of works according to the records in the building log. At the end of the time analysis, there are mentioned price deviations, solutions of the contractor and possible solutions for achieving contractual plans.
