Abstract
Naloga obravnava tematiko izbire merilne opreme ter razvoja programske in strojne opreme za funkcionalni preizkus večfunkcijskih napetostnih regulatorjev za regulacijo alternatorjev vozil. Pridobljeni merilni rezultati omogočajo odkrivanje napak in izločanje neustrezno proizvedenih regulatorjev. V nalogi najprej predstavimo koncept delovanja alternatorja, njegove ključne sestavne dele in pomen napetostne regulacije. Na kratko opredelimo osnovne lastnosti in vrste obstoječih regulatorjev. V osrednjem delu naloge predstavimo načrtovanje in zasnovo merilnega sistema za preizkus regulatorjev. Opišemo način izbora merilne opreme, prikažemo in razložimo vezalno shemo, podamo osnovni potek programske opreme ter nakažemo konstrukcijo elektro omarice in vpenjala. Delo zaključimo s primerjavo in vrednotenjem meritev izdelanega merilnega sistema na izbranem regulatorju.

Title:A system for end-of-line functional test of multifunctional voltage regulator for vehicle alternators
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of hardware and software and with selection of the appropriate measurement equipment for the end-of-line test (EOL) for multifunctional voltage regulator for regulation of vehicle alternators. Acquired measurements allows the error detection and elimination of unsuccessfully produced multifunctional voltage regulators. First operational concepts of the alternator is described, its primary parts and importance of voltage regulation. Basic features and types of existing multifunctional voltage regulator are also briefly introduced. The main part of this thesis highlights the development and design of the measuring system for testing the regulators. In addition, we present the wiring diagram, bed-of-nails fixture, construction of electrical cabinet and describe method of equipment selection. We conclude the text with validation and comparison of realized measuring system measurements with a previously simulated results from the multifunction voltage regulator developers.
