Samoocena strokovne učinkovitosti specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov glede na stil ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov : magistrsko delo

Abstract
Glavni namen magistrskega dela je bil raziskati odnos med zaznano strokovno učinkovitostjo specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov in stilom njihovega ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov. V teoretičnem delu sem opredelila pojem strokovne (samo)učinkovitosti in se navezala na raziskave o tem, kako se le-ta kaže pri specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogih. Osredotočila sem se tudi na ustvarjalno reševanje problemov, znotraj tega okvira pa na različne stile ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov. Predstavila sem delo specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov ter njihove kompetence. V empiričnem delu, ki sem ga zastavila metodološko kvantitativno, sem z dvema vprašalnikoma ugotavljala stil ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov in zaznavanje strokovne učinkovitosti pri specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogih (n = 41). Pridobljene podatke sem analizirala z uporabo ustreznih opisnih in inferenčnih statističnih postopkov. Rezultati so pokazali, da je najpogostejši stil ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov praktični preizkuševalec idej. Delovna doba udeležencev raziskave je najdaljša pri tistih, katerih dominantni stil ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov je izboljševalec idej. Ustvarjalci idej v povprečju poučujejo najstarejše učence. Glede na delovno mesto udeležencev raziskave opazimo, da so izboljševalci idej in praktični preizkuševalci idej relativno enakovredno reprezentirani. Ustvarjalcev idej pa je v posebnem programu precej več kot v programu z nižjim izobrazbenim standardom. Rezultati so pokazali, da se udeleženci ocenjujejo kot učinkoviti oziroma da imajo na različne situacije kar veliko vpliva. To pomeni, da udeleženci v povprečju ocenjujejo, da imajo na različne situacije kar veliko vpliva. Med strokovno učinkovitostjo in delovno dobo, starostjo učencev, vzgojno izobraževalnim programom ni statistično pomembne razlike. Odnos med stilom ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov in stopnjo zaznane strokovne učinkovitosti se je v raziskavi pokazal kot statistično nepomemben.

Title:Self-assessment of the professional efficiency of special education and rehabilitation teachers with regard to the style of creative problem-solving
Abstract:
The main purpose of the master's thesis was to investigate the relationship between the perceived professional performance of special and rehabilitation pedagogues and the style of their creative problem-solving. In the theoretical part, the term of professional (self) effectiveness is defined and associated with research about how it appears in special and rehabilitation pedagogues. The focus was also on creative problem-solving and within this framework, on different styles of creative problem-solving. Furthermore, the work of special and rehabilitation pedagogues and their competences were presented. In the empirical part, which was set out methodologically quantitatively, two questionnaires were used to identify the style of creative problem-solving and the perception of professional efficiency in special and rehabilitation pedagogues (n = 41). The obtained data was analysed using appropriate descriptive and inferential statistical procedures. The results showed that the most common style of creative problem-solving is that of an implementer. The working age of participants is the longest in those whose dominant style of creative problem-solving is that of an optimizer. Generators, on average, teach the oldest students. Depending on the workplace of the participants of the research, we notice that optimizers and implementers are relatively equally represented. There are far more generators in the special program than in the program with a lower educational standard. The results showed that participants judged themselves as effective or that they have a lot of influence on different situations. This means that the participants on average estimate, that they have a lot of influence on different situations. There is no statistically significant difference between professional efficiency and working age, the age of pupils and educational programs. The relationship between the style of creative problem-solving and the degree of perceived professional efficiency in this study has been statistically insignificant.
