Abstract
Rokomet je dinamična, visoko intenzivna igra. Med rokometno tekmo so igralci konstanto v gibanju, ki vključuje počasne in hitre teke, bočna gibanja, skoke … Igra tako zahteva razvoj skoraj vse gibalnih sposobnosti, še posebej pa moči, hitrosti, koordinacije, agilnosti in delno gibljivosti. Če želimo izboljšati omenjene sposobnosti, moramo v letni trenažni načrt ustrezno vključiti treninge kondicijske priprave. Poleg tehnične in taktične priprave je dobra kondicijska priprava ena izmed najpomembnejših komponent uspešnega igranja. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen načrt kondicijske priprave, ki naj bi ustrezal vsem ekipam, ki igrajo v slovenski ženski rokometni ligi. V letni načrt priprave smo poskušali ustrezno razporediti treninge z vsebinami, ki so namenjeni izboljšanju vseh pomembnih gibalnih sposobnosti. Poiskali smo rešitev za trening povečevanja mišične mase, ki zahteva daljše obdobje treniranja. V tekmovalnem obdobju smo tehnično-taktične treninge poskušali uskladiti s kondicijsko pripravo in zagotoviti ohranjanje optimalne pripravljenosti. Z boljšo razporeditvijo in vsebino kondicijskih treningov bi lahko nivo slovenskega ženskega rokometa dvignili na višjo raven, izboljšali razvoj mladih igralk in zmanjšali število poškodb.

Title:Plan for physical preparation in Slovenian women's handball
Abstract:
Handball is a dynamic, high-intensity game. During handball game, the players are constantly in movement including fast and slow running, sideway moves, jumps… Handball game requires development of almost all motors skills especially strength, speed, coordination and flexibility. To improve those skills we have to include physical preparation in the annual training plan. Besides technique and tactics preparation, great physical performance is crucial for success. Training plan for physical preparation presented in this Bachelor’s thesis should work for all teams performing in Slovenian women's handball league. In this training plan we tried to include all the contents crucial for improving important motor skills. We found a solution for hypertrophy training demining longer training periods. For periods of matches we tried to coordinate technique-tactic trainings with trainings for physical preparation with goal of maintaining optimal physical condition. With better organization and content of trainings we could improve the level of Slovenian women's handball, advance the development of young players and decrease the number of injuries.
