Skupinska dinamika v slovenski ženski hokejski reprezentanci : diplomsko delo

Kohezivnost ekipe je eden izmed ključnih elementov za uspeh v vsakem ekipnem športu. Naš namen je bil ugotoviti kakšna je kohezivnost v slovenski ženski hokejski reprezentanci in ali se indeks kohezivnosti na pripravah razlikuje od tistega na svetovnem prvenstvu. Zanimalo pa nas je tudi kakšni so odnosi v ekipi in kakšna bi bila najbolj optimalna postava ekipe. V raziskavi smo se dotaknili tudi trenerjevega odnosa do dela in igralk. Za slednjo smo uporabili sociometrični test v obliki vprašalnika. Z analizo odgovorov smo ugotovili, da je bil indeks kohezivnosti na svetovnem prvenstvu manjši za 0,06 glede na indeks kohezivnosti s priprav. Pomembno za skupinsko dinamiko reprezentance se nam je zdelo, da so odnosi dobri ter da igralke znajo stopiti skupaj za dosego zastavljenega cilja, kljub morebitnim nesoglasjem. Na dobro vzdušje v reprezentanci pa ima pozitiven vpliv tudi trenerjev zainteresiran odnos do dela ter korekten odnos do igralk.

• Title: Group dynamics in the Slovenian women´s ice hockey national team

Abstract

One of the key elements for the success in any team sports is the cohesion of the team itself. On the example of the Slovenian women's ice hockey national team we have aimed to determine the level of cohesion within the team; specifically if the index of team's cohesion at the training camp differs from the one at the world championship. Furthermore we have aspired to found out the nature of relations within the team, as well as what would be the team's most optimal roster. Our research has also touched upon head coach's attitude towards his work and towards the players. To establish this, a socio-metric test in the form of questionnaire has been used. The analysis of the returned questionnaires has shown a 0,06 lower cohesion index at the world championship to the one at training camp. We find good relations between the players and their readiness to stick together in order to achieve their goal, regardless of possible differences between them, an important asset to the team's dynamic. Coach's motivated attitude towards the tasks set out and fair regard in relation to the players have sdditional positive effect on the good atmosphere within the national team
