Abstract
V magistrskem delu je opisan postopek optimizacije delovnega mesta za povečanje produktivnosti izdelave gumijaste odvodne cevi. Brez optimizacije procesa izdelave izdelka leta 2021 v podjetju ne bi mogli več izdelati zadostne količine izdelkov. Prvi korak izvajanja dela je bil popis trenutnega stanja procesa. Glede na planirane količine v prihajajočih letih smo popisali želeno stanje. Na koncu smo izbrali ustrezne ukrepe za dosego cilja. Ugotovili smo, da mora proizvodnja izdelka potekati na dveh strojih vzporedno. Optimalizirati je bilo treba tudi delovno mesto in izdelati novo napravo za sestavljanje plastičnega obroča z gumijasto cevjo. Za snemanje trenutnega stanja in za preureditev delovnega mesta smo uporabili že znane metode.

Title:Increasing the productivity of the rubber outlet hose
Abstract:
The master's thesis describes the process of optimizing the workplace for increasing the productivity of the rubber outlet hose production. Without the optimization of the product manufacturing process in the company, we would not be able to produce sufficient quantities of products. The first step was to analyze the current state of the process. Depending on the planned quantities in next few years, we described the desired state. In the end we have chosen the appropriate actions to achieve the goal. We have found that the manufacturing of the product must be carried out on two machines in parallel. It was also necessary to optimize the workplace and to create a new assembly device for a plastic ring and rubber outlet hose. We used already known methods to analyse the current state and to rearrange the workplace.
