Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava dvig skupne učinkovitosti opreme proizvodne linije zaganjalne sklopke. Dvig skupne učinkovitosti opreme smo dosegli z zvišanjem faktorja razpoložljivosti, ki smo ga povečali s skrajšanjem časov menjav orodja. Poleg večjega faktorja razpoložljivosti smo s skrajšanjem časa menjav orodja pridobili tudi dodaten čas, ki ga lahko izkoristimo za proizvajanje. Z uporabo SMED metode smo čas menjave skrajšali na 593 s, medtem ko smo s predlogom, da menjavo orodja izvajajo delavci, zaposleni na liniji, dosegli čas menjave 189 s. V prvem primeru smo razpoložljivost povečali za 3,7 %, v drugem pa za 8 %. Skupna učinkovitost opreme proizvodne linije tako po izboljšavi s SMED metodo znaša 91,8 %, v primeru pa, da menjavo orodja opravijo delavci, zaposleni na liniji, znaša vrednost skupne učinkovitosti opreme 96 %.

Title:Efficiency increasing of the starter clutch production line with lean methods
Abstract:
The present diploma thesis discusses the increase of overall equipment effectiveness of the starter clutch production line. The increase of overall equipment effectiveness was achieved by improving the availability factor, which was increased by reducing the changeover time. By reducing the changeover time extra time has been gained that can be used for manufacturing. By using the SMED method the changeover time was shortened to 593 s; moreover, with the proposal that tool changeover be performed by workers employed on the line the achieved changeover time was 189 s. In the first case, we increased the availability by 3,7 % and in the second case by 8 %. Overall equipment effectiveness of the production line after improvement with the SMED method is 91.8 %; in the case that changover is performed by workers employed on the line, the overall equipment effectiveness score is 96 %.
