Abstract
Energija je iz leta v leto bolj cenjena dobrina. Spremembe, ki jih doživlja okolje zaradi njene nepremišljene rabe postajajo vse bolj vidne in problematične. Z ozirom na okolje, izkoriščanje energijskih virov, stroške, pa tudi z ozirom na udobje bivanja je v praksi vse bolj pogosta gradnja varčnih stavb oz. prenova starih objektov. S tem znižamo rabo energije, izpuste emisij CO2, povečamo izkoristek celotne stavbe in na sploh doprinesemo k bolj čistemu okolju. V diplomski nalogi je prikazan preračun rabe energije za obstoječe stanje v Dvoriščni stavbi Fakultete za strojništvo, z uporabo ustreznega programskega orodja. Navedeni, izračunani in predstavljeni so ukrepi za znižanje rabe energije v objektu. V zaključku diplomske naloge je podan še okvirni ekonomski izračun.

Title:Study of energy measures for energy renovation of an old business building
Abstract:
Value of energy as goodness is increasing from year to year. Due to its reckless use, the environmental changes are becoming more visible and problematic. Regarding the environment, the use of energy resources, costs and also regarding comfort of living, building of energy efficient houses or energy renovation of an old ones are more and more common. With this we lower energy use, emissions of CO2, increase efficiency of the whole building and overall we contribute to the cleaner environment. In this diploma thesis it’s shown the calculation of energy use for current condition in Dvoriščna stavba on the Faculty of Mechanical engineering with the usage of appropriate program tool. Listed, calculated and shown are measures for decreasing energy use in the building. In the end of the diploma thesis, there is also an economic calculation.
