Abstract
Merjenje torzijskega ali upogibnega momenta na gredeh se navadno izvede s štirimi merilnimi lističi vezanimi v Wheatstonov mostiček. Pri torziji je ravnina maksimalnih normalnih napetosti zasukana za 45° glede na os gredi. Sama meritev je razmeroma enostavna problem pa predstavlja zajem signalov iz rotirajoče gredi. Zasnovali smo protokol brezžičnega prenosa podatkov na osnovi platforme Arduino ter sam koncept testirali na delujočem prototipu. Določili smo tudi omejitve dotičnega sistema pri prenosu podatkov z mesta merjenja na računalnik, kjer jih lahko nadalje obdelujemo.

Title:Wireless measuring of torsion and bending moment on the rotating shafts
Abstract:
Measuring of torsion or bending moment on rotating shafts is usually done by four strain gauges connected in Wheatstone bridge. When torsion occurs a plain of maximal tensions is rotated for 45° considering the axis of a shaft. Measurement is relatively easy, the problem occurs when data from rotating shaft is transferred. In this thesis a protocol is designed for a wireless data transfer on the basis of Arduino platform. We tested design on a working prototype. We are interested in the limitations of this concept due to data transfer from the point of measuring to the computer, where the further processing is possible.
