Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil oblikovanje unikatne ženske kolekcije z izhodiščem v različnih ročnih tehnikah in oblikovanje kolekcije modnih dodatkov. V kolekciji oblačil in modnih dodatkov sem uporabila ročno tkanje in šivanje različno velikih našitkov. V eksperimentalnem delu sem razvila kolekcijo sodobnih ženskih oblačil, v katero sem vključila tehniko ročnega tkanja in prešivanja našitkov.

Title:Hand weaving and patches in a women's collection of clothes and fashion accesories
Abstract:
The purpose of the thesis was to create a unique women's collection with the basis in various hand techniques, and to create a collection of fashion accessories. Hand weaving and sewing of different sizes patches were used in the collection of clothing and fashion accessories. In the theoretical part, I touched upon the history of hand techniques in Slovenia and focused a bit more on the techniques I used in my collection. I also presented my thoughts about the importance of hand techniques in the past and today. In the experimental work, I developed a collection of modern women's clothing, which included hand weaving techniques and sewing of patches. I also explained what the inspiration for the collection was. In the following, I developed a small collection of fashion accessories such as handbags and backpacks. I made those by incorporating the same techniques as used in the collection. The aim of the thesis was to create a women's collection with the basis in hand techniques, continuing into a collection of fashion accessories.
