Načrtovanje, oblikovanje in izdelava uporabne embalaže za copate

V sklopu diplomskega dela sta bili oblikovani dve uporabni embalaži za copate iz dveh različnih materialov. Raziskane so bile embalaža iz kartona, valovitega kartona in tekstilij, uporabna embalaža ter embalaža za večkratno uporabo. Na izbranih embalažnih materialih so bile opravljene meritve posameznih tehnoloških lastnosti. Določene so bile osnovne in mehanske lastnosti, med slednjimi razpočna trdnost, raztržna in pregibna odpornost, togost ter natezne lastnosti materialov. Na podlagi rezultatov meritev sta bila izbrana dva materiala za izdelavo embalaže, in sicer valoviti karton in tkanina jeans. Načrtovanje obeh embalaž je potekalo v programu CorelDraw. Načrt za embalažo iz valovitega kartona smo nato prenesli v program rezalnika in ga prilagodili rezalniku. Načrt za embalažo iz tekstila je bil prenesen na papir za izdelavo kroja. Kroj smo ročno izrisali na blago. Grafična podoba obeh embalaž se povezuje in je oblikovana v preprostem in modernem videzu. Najpomembnejša funkcija obeh nastalih embalaž je, da lahko svojo funkcijo spremenita iz embalaže za copate v predmet za shranjevanje copat. Embalaža iz valovitega kartona se spremeni, ko ji odtrgamo sprednji del in jo obesimo na steno. Embalažo iz tekstila odpremo in jo z gumbnicama obesimo na steno, kjer postane žep za copate. Obe embalaži imata svoje prednosti in slabosti: medtem ko je izdelava kartonske embalaže hitra in cenejša, je tekstilna embalaža bolj vzdržljiva in primernejša za dolgotrajno uporabo. Nastali sta dve različni embalaži, ki jima lahko spremenimo namen uporabe, hkrati pa sta dovolj vzdržljivi in atraktivni za uporabo še nekaj časa po tem, ko embalaža izgubi svojo primarno funkcijo.

• Title: Planning, designing and production of the packaging for slippers

Abstract

The Thesis present designing two useful packaging for slippers, made of two different materials. Within the thesis, we researched the field of packaging made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard and textiles, used packaging and reusable packaging. Measures of certain technological properties were performed on selected packaging materials. Basic and mechanical properties were determined, among them the crack strength, tear and bending resistance, stiffness and tensile properties of materials. Based on the results of the measurements, two materials for the production of packaging were selected, namely corrugated cardboard and jeans fabric. The design of both packages was made in the CorelDraw program. The plan for the corrugated board packaging was transferred to the cutter program and adjusted to the cutter. The packaging for textiles was transferred to paper for making cuts and then the cut was manually drawn to the fabric. The graphic image of both packagings connects together and is designed in a simple and modern look. The most important feature of both packages was, that they could change their function from packaging for slippers to object for storage slippers. Packaging made of corrugated board is changed, by tearing the front of it and hanging it on the wall. We opened the packaging made of textile and hung it on the wall with a buttonhole, where it becomes a pocket for the slippers. Both packaging have their advantages and disadvantages, while the production of cardboard packaging is quicker and cheaper, the textile packaging more durable and more suitable for long-term use. Two different packages were created that can change their purpose of use, at the same time they are sufficiently durable and attractive to use, for some time after packaging has already lost its primary function.
