Abstract
Rokometna igra od igralcev mlajših starostnih kategorij zahteva visoko razvitost vseh motoričnih sposobnosti, med katerimi je zelo pomembna moč. V rokometni igri sta najpomembnejši hitra in eksplozivna moč. Treningi moči pri otrocih ne smejo biti enaki kakor pri odraslih, prilagojeni morajo biti njihovi razvojni stopnji. V mladosti napredek v moči prihaja s strani živčno-mišičnih mehanizmov. Primerno sredstvo razvoja moči pri otrocih in mladostnikih so naravne oblike gibanja, ki so tudi predstavljene v diplomski nalogi. Predstavljena so različna plazenja, lazenja, plezanja, vlečenja, potiskanja in upiranja. Ta so primerna za otroke predvsem zato, ker je v gibanje vključeno veliko število mišičnih skupin. Pomembno je, da otroke v mladosti naučimo pravilne tehnike izvajanja vaj moči, predvsem tistih vaj, ki se izvajajo z obremenitvijo. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno dviganje z olimpijskim drogom in elementi olimpijskega dviganja uteži: nalog, poteg in sunek. V mladosti otroke pravilne tehnike učimo s pomočjo palice in brez bremen. Prav tako so v nalogi predstavljene vaje s težko žogo, saj so to učinkovita metoda treninga hitre moči rok.

Title:Methods of Strength Development in Young Handball Players
Abstract:
Handball game requires development of all motor skills even in young ages. One of the most important motor skills is strength. In handball, speed and explosive strength are the most important types of strength. Children and adolescent need adjusted strength training models, because of their ongoing biological development. At young age strength development comes from nerve-muscle mechanisms. The appropriate resources for strength development in children and adolescents are natural forms of movement, which are presented in this thesis. Various examples of creeping, crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling are presented. These are appropriate for children and adolescents, because a large number of muscle groups are involved in movement. It is important that we teach children the correct techniques of exercises performed with loads, especially elements of Olympic weightlifting. Some techniques of weightlifting are introduced with the help of a stick. In addition, exercises with heavy ball are introduced in this thesis, as they are an effective tool of explosive strength development.
