Retuširanje portretne fotografije v programu Adobe Photoshop

V diplomskem delu sem podrobneje predstavil nekaj postopkov za retuširanje portretnih fotografij v programu Adobe Photoshop. Program sem na kratko predstavil in omenil, kako lahko dostopamo do navodil in vodičev, ki nas vodijo skozi celoten postopek retuširanja, vse od začetne fotografije do končne, retuširane fotografije. Obrazložil sem tudi stvari, na katere moramo biti pozorni, še preden pričnemo z retuširanjem fotografije, kot so določanje ciljev retuširanja ter njihov vpliv na določitev popravkov, ki jih želimo izvesti. Ker se moramo pri retuširanju fotografij spoznati z osnovnimi orodji, ki so nam ob tem v največjo pomoč, sem nekatera izmed njih obrazložil, prav tako njihove nastavitve. V središču diplomskega dela je praktičen primer retuširanja portretne fotografije moje sestrične Sabine Bajt. Celotno retuširanje sem razdelil na posamezne predele obraza, in sicer na predel oči, kože, las ter ust. Za vsak predel posebej sem omenil nekaj postopkov za dosego različnih popravkov, podrobneje obrazložil posamezne korake retuširanja, težave, ki so pri tem nastale, in orodja, ki sem jih ob tem uporabljal.

Izvleček

In my thesis I have described some of the procedures for retouching portrait photos using Adobe Photoshop. I introduced software tools for retouching and described some of the instructions and guides available on Internet which lead us through the process of retouching, from initial photograph all the way to the finished, retouched photograph. I have explained issues which we need to be aware of before we begin with retouching, such as determining the retouching objectives and their impact on selecting the corrections that we wish to implement. Since we need good knowledge of the image editing tools I have explained some of these as well as their settings. As a practical example of retouching I have used a photo of my cousin Sabina Bajt. The process of retouching was applied on the individual parts of the face, namely the surface of the eyes, skin, hair and mouth. For each of these parts I describe a few procedures for achieving various corrections, explain in detail the individual steps of retouching as well as the problems that have arisen and the tools I have used.
