The thesis discusses Energy concept of Slovenia - EKS. This is basic development document in the field of energetics, which was adopted by Ministry of infrastructure Republic of Slovenia according to energetics policy of Europe. On the basis of accepted international commitments, this document specifies goals for reliable, sustainable and competitive energy supply for a period of 20 years and indicatively for 40 years. We analysed technical ascpects of scenarios presented in EKS, based on assumptions given, we estimated the economical consequences according to the proposed electricity supply in Slovenia.
