The thesis addresses the design of wireless measurement system. The system comprises of a Wi-Fi module, power supply circuit, a sensor, and a circuit to control the relay. It is designed as a stand-alone device that requires only mains voltage and access point.
We started planning by examining existing Wi-Fi solutions and choosing the appropriate development platform. Than the selected board was used for development of prototype program and testing of basic system functions. We continued by developing the printed circuit board and planing individual sub-systems.
The result is a compact measurement system connected to the Internet of Things.
