Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti pozitivne učinke pilates vadbe na psihično in telesno stanje nosečnice ter predstaviti pilates vaje s trakom, ki so primerne v vseh obdobjih nosečnosti. S pomočjo tujih in domačih virov smo najprej predstavili glavne značilnosti pilatesa. Za boljše razumevanje vadbe smo opisali njen izvor, idejnega vodjo ter kratko zgodovino. Našteli smo pozitivne učinke vadbe in opisali načela, ki so temelj izvajanja vsake pilates vaje. V nadaljevanju smo opisali anatomske in fiziološke spremembe v nosečnosti, ki jih moramo upoštevati pri načrtovanju programa vadbe. Opredelili smo priporočila za varno vadbo ter našteli pozitivne učinke telesne aktivnosti med nosečnostjo. Pilates vadba je za nosečnice zelo primerna, saj se jo lahko izvaja v vseh obdobjih nosečnosti. Navedli smo nekatere pozitivne učinke vadbe pilatesa med nosečnostjo ter opredelili smernice za varno vadbo. Pri pilatesu so vsi gibi izvedeni kontrolirano, ves čas pa je poudarek na položaju telesnih delov oziroma na poravnani telesni drži, kar je še posebej pomembno med nosečnostjo. Gre za povezanost uma, telesa in duha, kar vpliva tako na fizično kot tudi psihično počutje človeka. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljen primer pilates vaj z elastičnim trakom, ki jih lahko izvajamo v vseh obdobjih nosečnosti. Elastični trak lahko uporabimo za krepitev mišic rok, nog in trupa. Je enostaven in primeren pripomoček za vadbo v nosečnosti. Pri vsaki vaji je naveden začetni položaj, potek gibanja, namen vaje ter priporočeno število ponovitev. Za lažje razumevanje si pomagamo s slikovnim gradivom.

Title:pilates elastic band exercises for pregnant women
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to present the positive effects of Pilates training on mental and physical condition of the pregnant women and describe Pilates exercises with an elastic band that are appropriate in all stages of pregnancy. In the thesis we first present the main features of Pilates training. We describe the origin, the ideological leader and a short history of Pilates training. We identify the positive effects of training and outline principles that are the foundation of the execution of each Pilates exercise. Next, we describe the anatomical and physiological changes during pregnancy that we have to consider when planning a training program. We have listed the recommendations for safe training and enumerate the positive effects of physical activity during pregnancy. Pilates is very suitable for pregnant women because it can be implemented in all stages of pregnancy. We have listed the positive effects of regular training and guidelines for safe exercise of Pilates during pregnancy. Pilates training is all about controlled movements and physical posture, which is especially important for pregnant women. It is the integration of mind, body and spirit, which affects both the physical as well as the mental well-being of every person. In the last part of the thesis we present Pilates exercises with an elastic band that can be implemented in all stages of pregnancy. The elastic band can be used to strengthen the muscles of the arms, legs and the torso. It is an easy and useful tool, suitable for improvement of physical exercise during pregnancy. The initial position is given for each exercise, the course of movement as well as the purpose of the exercise and the recommended number of repetitions are described. We added the picture material for a better understanding of the exercises.
