Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan razvoj in delovanje avtomatske naprave za preverjanje kvalitete zvara med statorskim kontaktom in žico. Naprava se za ocenjevanje kvalitete zvara poslužuje štiri-točkovne metode merjenja upornosti, katere teoretično ozadje je obravnavano v prvem delu diplomskega dela. Predstavljeno je načrtovanje električne sheme, varnostnega sistema naprave, komunikacijskega načrta ter izbira posameznih ustreznih elementov naprave. V delu je predstavljeno tudi programiranje naprave in izdelava uporabniškega vmesnika. Podan je način preizkušanja naprave na večjemu številu vzorcev, na koncu pa so podani rezultati meritev ter sklep.

Title:Measurement setup for measuring the transitional resistance of the welded contacts
Abstract:
This thesis presents the development and operation of an automatic device used for checking the quality of the weld between the stator contact and the wire. For weld quality assessment the device uses four-point method of measurement resistance. The theoretical background of this method is discussed in the first part of the thesis. The design of the electrical scheme, the safety system, the programming and the design of the user interface is also presented in this section. The method of testing the device on a number of samples is given, and on the end, the results of the measurements and a conclusion are given.
