Abstract
Orbitalni hidravlični motorji so namenjeni za rotacijske pogone z navori od 100 Nm pa do nekaj 1000 Nm ter za vrtilno hitrost pogonske gredi do 500 min-1. Pri tem je potrebno upoštevati tudi izkoristek celotnega motorja, na katerega vpliva več parametrov, ki jih je potrebno opisati. V ta namen smo zasnovali napravo za ločeno testiranje vplivov trenja v aksialni smeri med pritisno in ventilsko ploščo z relativno gibajočim se rotorjem in rotorjevim obročem. Naprava je postavljena vertikalno in se višinsko deli v tri police. Spodnja polica na katerim stoji pogonski del naprave za pogon testirnega hidravličnega motorja. Srednja polica, na kateri je fiksno pritrjen testirni hidravlični motor in potisni sistem. Zgornja polica, na kateri je pritrjen hidravlični valj, za potiskanje na testrini hidravlični motor. Konstrukcija naprave je dodeljena glede na nosilno izpolnitev predpostavljenih pogojev mertitev, ki sestoje iz aksialne sile 150 000 N in navora 1000 Nm. Zraven teh smo upoštevali še finančne omejitve in pogoje okolice v katerem se bo naprava nahajala. Glede na predpostavljene pogoje meritev smo izbrali še ustrezen pogonski sistem, ki nam bo zagotovil enakomerno reguliranje vrtilne hitrosti od 0 do 50 min-1 in potisni sistem, s katerim bomo zagotovili regulirano potisno silo do 150 000 N.

Title:Design of the device for separate testing of the partial function of the hydraulic engine
Abstract:
Orbital hydraulic motors are designed for rotary drives with a torque of 100 Nm up to some 1000 Nm and for the speed of the drive shaft up to 500 min-1. It is also necessary to take into account the efficiency of the whole motor, which is under the influence of several parameters that need to be described. To this end, we designed a device for separate testing of the effects of friction in the axial direction between the pressure and the valve plate with a relatively rotating rotor and a rotor ring. The device is mounted vertically and aligned in height with three shelfs. The lower shelf on which the drive unit of the test drive hydraulic engine is mounted. Medium shelf, on which a test hydraulic motor and a propulsion system are fixed. Upper shelf, on which the hydraulic cylinder is attached, for pushing on the tested hydraulic motor. The construction of the device is assigned according to the carrying capacity of the assumed loading conditions, which consists of an axial force of 150 000 N and a torque of 1000 Nm. In addition, we also took into account the financial constraints and conditions of the environment in which the device will be located. Depending on the assumed measurement conditions, an appropriate propulsion system has been selected, which will ensure uniform regulation of the rotational speed from 0 to 50 min-1 and the propulsion system, with which we will provide a regulated thrust force of up to 150 000 N.
