Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava postopek razvoja preizkuševališča s plinskim topom. V uvodnem delu je predstavljena kratka zgodovina razvoja oklepa ter standard NIJ 0101.06, ki se trenutno uporablja za klasifikacijo neprebojnih jopičev glede na velikost in moč izstrelkov. V začetku procesa konstrukcije preizkuševališča smo podrobneje opisali morfološko matriko in izdelali koncepte, katere smo nato vrednotili in glede na kriterije izbrali najboljšega. Izvedli smo preračun tlakov, ki so potrebni za pospešitev posameznega izstrelka opisanega v uvodnem delu naloge. Sledil je preračun prirobnice za držanje in tesnenje porušitvenega diska. V nadaljevanju smo izbrali ustrezne komponente ter izdelali stroškovnik. V zaključnem delu so predstavljene najpomembnejše ugotovitve, izdelana shema preizkuševališča ter sestavna in delavniška dokumentacija njenih najpomembnejših delov.

Title:
Light-gas gun testing device
Abstract:
The final thesis discusses the process of developing light-gas gun device. In the introduction it presents a short history of armor developement and NIJ 0101.06 standard, which is currently used to classify bullet proof vests considering bullet size and power. In the beginning of construction process of device we have described the morphological matrix, evaluated the concepts and selected the best one with respect to chosen criteria. We have calculated the neccesary pressure to propel individual projectile described in introduction. After that, additional calculations were made to dimension the flange which holds the rupture disc. In continuation, suitable components were chosen and costs evaluated. In the final part we presented the most important findings and created sheme of device with technical documentation of most significant components.
