Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je predstavljen postopek razvoja napenjala folije pri DLP-stereolitografskem tiskalniku. Ena izmed večjih težav tiskalnikov, pri katerih osvetljujemo od spodaj, je napenjanje folije na dnu bazena, saj je folijo zelo težko pritrditi in napeti, ne da bi jo pri tem poškodovali. Hkrati moramo zagotoviti popolno paralelnost med dnom bazena in mizico, na kateri nastaja izdelek. Izdelali smo napenjalo folije, ki smo ga testirali na dveh različno debelih folijah in ugotovili, da napenjalo deluje v skladu s pričakovanji.

Title:
Foil tension device for DLP stereolithographic printer
Abstract:
In the thesis, the development of foil tension device for DLP stereolithographic printer is presented. One of the most common problems of the printers with the light source mounted below the vat is the tension of the foil on the bottom of the vat. It is difficult to fix and stretch the foil without damaging it. At the same time we have to provide the perfect parallelism between bottom of the vat and the place where the product is formed. Foil tension device was created and tested using foils of two different thicknesses. We found out that device is working properly.
