Priprava na preizkus orodja za injekcijsko brizganje termoplastov in analiza geometrijske točnosti izdelka

Problem, obravnavan v nalogi, je potek preizkusa orodja za brizganje termoplastov s poznavanjem osnovnih značilnosti in vplivnih parametrov injekcijskega brizganja termoplastov. Čim boljše poznavanje procesa je temelj za hitro in učinkovito izvedbo preizkusa orodja z brizganjem, analize rezultatov in razumevanje potrebnih sprememb na procesu. Preizkus je potekal na realnem primeru orodja v industriji in je bil tako tudi izveden. Primerjali smo željeno obliko izdelka z dobljeno in ugotovili, da je težko napovedati dogajanje pri procesu in da je prvi preizkus le približek željenega stanja ter osnova za odpravo napak orodja in procesa.

Abstract

The main task was to get to understand the injection moulding mould test for thermoplasts with understanding the basic principles and important parameters. The better you know the process, the faster and more efficient you are at getting ready for mould test, analysing injection moulding results and understandig the changes needed to be made. The test was made in real industrial environment on newly build mould. I compared the needed part shape with the one I made and figured out how hard it is to predict the process and that the first mould test is just a basis for future mould and process impovements.
