Abstract
Problema smo se lotili zaradi nedopustnega odstopanja od toleranc tankostenskih obdelovancev pri struženju. Na merilnem sistemu na stružnici smo pomerili sile, ki delujejo pri izbranih rezalnih parametrih. Pri enakih pogojih smo izmerili deformacijo tankostenskega obdelovanca in poskušali narediti povezavo med rezalno silo in deformacijo. Poskus smo ponovili na desetih obdelovancih. Z analizo in meritvami želimo izbrati najugodnejše rezalne parametre s katerimi bomo zagotovili željene izdelke znotraj toleranc. Poleg spreminjanja rezalnih parametrov lahko zmanjšamo vibracije, spreminjamo vpenjanje obdelovanca in pogoje pri katerih delamo.

Title:Analysis cutting forces influence on thin-wall work pieces deformation in turning
Abstract:
We dealt with problems, because of inadmissible deviation from the tolerance of thin-walled work pieces in turning. We first measure the cutting forces, which operated on the selected cutting parameters. Under the same conditions, we measure the deformation of the thin-walled work pieces and try to make a connection between them. The experiment is repeat on ten work pieces. With analyzing and measuring, we want to choose the best cutting parameters, which will do the smallest deformation on work pieces. Besides changing the cutting parameters, we can reduce the vibration, change the clamping conditions of the work piece and the conditions of workplace.
